Update on our app

We are pleased to confirm the installation of our new software system is nearing completion and members are thanked for their patience and understanding over the past few weeks.

Please note that the app members have been using over the past few years is no longer operative because it was linked the the old software system. Members will be contacted in August about how to access their accounts through the new system.

Any members who have queries about their accounts should contact the office by email or telephone during our opening hours (Tuesday and Saturday - 9.45am to 2.15pm). Please note that if the telephone is not answered immediately it is because staff are dealing with customers in the office.

Again, thank you for your patience as we progress through this exciting new phase for the credit union.
